Renovation of the service areas in building 32 BOULOGNE

Covivio wanted to restructure the service sector base of a 7,760 sqm. seven-storey service sector property complex in the heart of Boulogne-Billancourt (Hauts-de-Seine).

Magnify the entrance to the building by rethinking the flow of access to the building, by creating a welcoming forecourt with furniture and greenery.

To give a new image and provide new services to users that respond to changing working methods. New common areas have been designed around conviviality and openness:

- 1 reception hall with concierge services,
- 1 restaurant accessible all day long, partially modular and privatizable,
- 1 business center and shared and modular meeting rooms,
- 1 landscaped garden offering a lively living space,
- 1 green terrace on the ground floor.

Designed to make the users' journey through the building more fluid, the continuous office floors covering more than 1,160 sqm. allow real modularity according to use. Bright (100% are on the first day), they offer a comfortable and ideal working environment.

Our interior design team favoured natural materials and soft colours for a warm decoration.

The building will remain occupied by these tenants throughout the works, which will be phased in order to maintain the use of services and guarantee the safety and comfort of the occupants. The renovation programme is completed by the creation of 134 parking spaces as well as two-wheeler and bicycle spaces.
