Winner of the competition launched by the developer P&MA on the Denfert lot
CALQ and Tham & Videgård agencies are in charge of the Denfert lot design, which is part of the overall conversion project for the former Saint-Vincent de Paul Hospital in Paris (Les Grands Voisins).
The project is part of a cultural, solidarity and partnership approach around contemporary art. Around 1,800 sqm. will be dedicated to the creation of an art centre and an artist's residence, a solidarity restaurant, an exhibition room and an Emmaus Solidarity emergency accommodation centre, which will be run by Thanks For Nothing.
The project will also offer free housing for buyers (2,500 sqm.) and intermediate housing (900 sqm.), as well as a mobility centre.
