As part of the BIM 2022 Plan, supported by the Ministry of Territorial Cohesion, the project "Lot Denfert" in the Saint-Vincent-de-Paul CAZ is the winner of the first call for projects : "Experimentation for the future use of a digital BIM model as a complement to a request for urban planning permission". !

The objective of the BIM 2022 Plan is to generalise the use of digital technology in the building industry by 2022, with two priorities:

1. to generalise the use of BIM throughout the building sector by supporting and securing it
2. provide the players with the tools needed to work in BIM through training, the provision of suitable collaborative tools and dissemination in the territories.
