Co-founder of the CALQ agency, Jean-Philippe Le Bœuf is a DPLG architect, graduate of the Unité Pédagogique 7 - Paris (1983) and holds a Diploma in Urban Planning from the Institut d'Études Politiques de Paris (1985).

He oversees all of the agency's major projects. His expertise in project management and piloting is also sought after for Project Ownership Assistance missions.

Co-founder of the CALQ agency, Emmanuel Quin is an Architect D.P.L.G. graduate of the Unité Pédagogique 3 - Paris in 1984 (Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture de Versailles).

He supervises the design and execution of projects, and more particularly all operations dedicated to retail in Paris and the regions.

A graduate engineer from the École Spéciale des Travaux Publics in Paris, David Merckens joined CALQ in 2008 after fifteen years of experience as a project manager at ICADE and TF1.

He implements the agency's development strategy and supervises the projects of the project management division.

Hélène Vanhersecke is a certified public accountant (2004) and holds a Master's degree in Economics - Business Management from the Paris II Assas Faculty (1994).

After fifteen years with the audit and consulting firm Ernst & Young, she took over all financial management and human resources of the agency at the end of 2011.
