Completed by CALQ teams for the client LFPI, this 7,900 m² renovation project brings comfort and Parisian elegance to this building constructed by Jacques Henri Labourdette in 1971.

The interior design, created by CALQ's interior architecture division, incorporates sensitive and contemporary materials, while the greenery on the ground floor and roof enhances the overall look.
