St-Vincent-de-Paul, Paris 14th arrondissement "La Collective" winner

The project "LA COLLECTIVE", a cultural, solidarity and partnership project around contemporary art, is the winner of the consultation of the Denfert Façade in Saint-Vincent-de-Paul (Les Grands Voisins, Paris 14th arrondissement)!

Resulting from an architectural collaboration between several agencies CALQ x 51N4E x Tham & Videgård arkitekter x ATELIER MONCHECOURT & CO + Grue, this multi-programme La Collective is part of the overall project for the reconversion of the former Saint-Vincent de Paul Hospital in Paris (Les Grands Voisins).

 Thus, 4,000 sqm. will be dedicated to the creation of an art and solidarity centre (exhibitions, events, artists' residences and arts and crafts workshops, an SSE business incubator, two solidarity restaurants and an Emmaus Solidarity emergency accommodation centre), which will be run by Thanks For Nothing.

 The project will also offer free (2,975 sqm.) and intermediate (3,915 sqm.) housing, as well as shops and a mobility centre.
