The Épicéa apartment building is located close to the Fort d’Issy-les-Moulineaux neighbourhood.

The building boasts 23 apartments for first-time buyers designed by Wilmotte & Associés on behalf of Woodeum.

The structure is made of solid CLT over 2 levels. Timber was also used for interior fittings.

The project is part of the BBCA initiative (low carbon buildings), aiming to reduce C02 emissions linked to construction and building operation.

CALQ provided the Site Management mission during the construction phase.
