The residence Passage Marie is located in the heart of the town of Saint-Ouen. It has 48 units for home ownership and 37 parking spaces.

The structure is made of solid wood CLT (Cross-Laminated Timber) on 5 levels.

The project is part of the BBCA initiative (low carbon buildings), aiming to reduce C02 emissions linked to construction and building operation.

CALQ provided the Site Management mission during the construction phase.
